A fantastic opportunity has cropped up at a leading Legal Firm for an HR Systems Change Management Lead for 12-months FTC 4 days a week – with potential extension to 18 months.

Within this role, you will be pivotal for a global implementation of SAP Success Factors, helping the wider team focus on the core phases of the implementation.

You will be responsible for leading the design of the global change management strategy, developing stakeholder assessments, working with both external and internal stakeholders for successful implementation. In addition you will leading on change management, deployment and communication.

Working with a team consultants, they are looking for an experienced candidate who has prior experience of HRIS/Success Factor implementation, PROSCI qualified (or equivalent), ability to plan, lead and organise within multiple workstreams. In addition the desirable candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills, a self-starter and brilliant IT skills.

This role will require someone who is happy working across various time zones.
