Position: HR Business Partner
Location: Jonesboro, AR
Oakleaf Partnership is working with leading global CPG company to find their next site HRBP. This role is a hands on, strategic business partnering role driving growth at one of their most advanced manufacturing sites in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to implement people-related strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Assist with workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance workplace culture and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and labor relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to continuous improvement.
