What is the role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be the linchpin for business partnering activities, offering advice and guidance whilst fostering strong relationships across the organisation. Your role will encompass a blend of business-as-usual tasks and exciting project work. You will also play a pivotal role in the year-end performance cycle, a particularly busy period requiring strong attention to detail and strategic thinking. You will be a trusted advisor, providing expert HR advice and guidance to a member of the SLT, as well as other department heads, managing a diverse workload, balancing day-to-day HR tasks with project-based initiatives, supporting the development and implementation of the Employee Value Proposition, culture and values, collaborating with Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition teams to create a high performing and diverse workforce and other engagement activities.
Candidate Profile/Experience
- To apply you must have gained your HRBP experience within Financial Services
- You must have experience of working for an SME
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of handling a busy workload independently.
- Adaptability to pivot and embrace change in a dynamic setting.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Employment Law
- A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
