HR Business Partner/HR Lead for a Workday implementation

Oakleaf Partnership is representing an international, innovative and collaborative Financial Services company. They are looking for an HR Business Partner to work closely with the business as a Trusted Advisor and also play a lead role in a Workday implentation from an HR perspective. This is an incredibly varied and diverse role where you will get involved with projects and continuous improvements. This is a great company to work for and is in growth mode!

What is the role

Working in a friendly team, you will be acting as a trusted advisor to the business and play a Lead role in a Workday implementation from an HR perspective. You will also will get involved in the entire employee life cycle. You will be contributing towards business strategy, helping to build capability, structure and processes. You will get involved with supporting, coaching, advising and influencing the business. You will be responsible for ER issues, analysing employee trends, Learning & Development, getting involved with the annual salary and bonus review, preparing MI reports, providing analysis and insights as required. Candidate Profile/Experience

  • To apply you must have gained your HRBP experience within Financial Services or Professional Services.
  • You must have been involved in an HRIS implementation as the HR point of contact. Wokday experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Employment Law
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
  • Experience in managing/assisting with HR Projects
