We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry with a start-up mentality. This is a unique, high-impact role that offers the perfect blend of Data & MI, Reward, and HRIS responsibilities. As a key player in the organization, you’ll be driving business insights, shaping compensation strategies, and improving HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

60% Data & MI: Lead the analysis and delivery of actionable insights, MI dashboards, and reports using tools like Power BI to inform strategic decisions.

20% Reward: Conduct benchmarking, salary surveys, and compensation analysis to develop competitive reward strategies.

20% HRIS: Play an integral role in HRIS implementation, process design, and system integrations to streamline HR functions and improve operational efficiency.
In this role, you will have strong involvement in stakeholder management, including preparing and delivering board packs and collaborating closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in Data & MI analysis, particularly with Power BI.

Solid background in Reward functions, including benchmarking and salary surveys.

Experience with HRIS implementation and process design.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare and present high-level reports and insights to the board and senior management.
