My client is looking for a highly experienced International Benefits Manager to join their team on a short-term contract.
The role requires a candidate with prior experience managing the following:
- Benefits renewals
- International experience: EMEA and APAC
- Liaising with stakeholders and brokers
- Oversee the annual enrolment processes
- Lead on analysis for recommendations
- Create reports
- And much more
For the client it is really important that you are able to hit the ground running, have strong communication skills, are confident juggling various locations, think outside the box and are highly organised.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience is necessary for this role. Prior experience of Workday is a bonus not a requirement.
