International Payroll Lead – Permanent – London – Hybrid – up to £70,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a fast growing company, who are recruiting for an International Payroll Lead, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the analysis, execution and support of EMEA payroll operations, across numerous countries, via outsourced providers, whilst managing a team of 3.
The International Payroll Lead will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Preparing global payroll data for payroll processing by third party payroll administration partners
- Performing audits and validations of payroll transactions
- Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity and / or employee satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing vendor internal process improvement.
- Managing a team of 3
Key Skills:
- Significant experience in international payroll, especially within the EMEA regions
- Exposure to working with multiple outsourced vendors
- Have the ability to plan, organise and coordinate the service and teams, whilst ensuring that key targets are consistently delivered and statutory obligations are met
- Strong analytical skills
