Payroll Specialist – Permanent – London – Hybrid – up to £65,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a financial services firm, looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for providing support in processing both UK and international payrolls, on a hybrid basis, based in their central London office.
The Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Process monthly payrolls for employees across multiple locations in Europe and Australia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and legal standards
- Coordinate with global payroll providers and internal teams, ensuring that payroll deadlines are consistently met
- Support the payroll team with the end-to-end processing of UK Payrolls, via Workday inhouse
- Support with payroll related reconciliations, including multiple equity plans, benefits
- Support with the payroll recharges and accounting reporting
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of UK & Global payroll regulations
- Financial services & Workday experience is desirable
- Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
- Excellent communication skills
