A prestigious private equity firm is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and support the delivery of tailored hiring strategies.
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, providing feedback and support with references.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies when required, ensuring a seamless process on both sides.
- Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, seamless, and aligned with the firm’s overall people strategy.
- Collaborate with HR and global talent teams to contribute to best practices and support firm-wide recruitment projects.
- Provide administrative and operational support to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience for stakeholders and candidates alike.
The Profile:
- A background in talent acquisition in a high touch, global environment within Financial or Professional Services is preferable.
- An ability to autonomously balance a busy workload, managing multiple priorities, including hands on recruitment as well as coordination of processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast moving environment.
