My client is seeking a passionate and drivenLearning & Development Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This exciting role supports the delivery of their Digitalisation Learning Programme, working alongside the Group Learning & Development team to ensure smooth and effective training sessions. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of the digitalisation training plan, including webinars and in-person sessions
- Manage training events and create sessions in SuccessFactors LMS
- Handle attendance, feedback, and reporting for training sessions
- Provide user access to systems post-training
- Support the development of multimedia content and eLearning modules
- Assist in addressing learning queries and coordinating programme events
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with LMS (SuccessFactors preferred, but any LMS experience is a plus)
- Passion for data, reporting, and blended learning solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint & SharePoint
- Experience with eLearning tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
