Learning and Development Business Partner

Location: Hybrid / International Travel opportunities!
Salary: £50,000 per annum + up to a 25% bonus + excellent benefits!

About the Role: My client is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join there dynamic L&D team. In this key role, you’ll design, deliver, and enhance learning programmes across multiple countries, ensuring their people are equipped to drive business success and future growth.

This is a diverse and exciting opportunity where you’ll be hands-on in developing talent, fostering inclusivity, and influencing the learning culture within our organisation. Not only will you lead impactful learning initiatives, but you will also collaborate on broader HR projects, contributing to our people strategy to develop, retain, and enhance performance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Development Strategy: Create, deliver, and manage a proactive L&D agenda that aligns with our business goals, catering to a hybrid workforce with both face-to-face and virtual learning solutions.
  • Engage & Inspire: Drive engagement with workshops, online learning platforms, and internal learning tools, ensuring colleagues across the organisation are motivated to upskill and develop.
  • Learning Innovation: Stay ahead of trends, utilising digital and AI tools to future-proof our learning offerings for a multi-generational, global workforce.
  • Enhance Learning Tools: Maximise the use of our Learning Management System and other tools, consistently improving processes based on feedback and performance impact.
  • Broader Development Initiatives: Support talent assessments, team days, and a welcoming, inclusive culture for new employees by evolving our induction processes.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure all learning initiatives support our commitment to inclusion, equity, and diversity across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in learning and development, ideally in an international, matrix organisation.
  • Strong workshop design and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • Proven track record in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in French or German would be ideal.
  • A passion for learning trends, especially digital and AI innovations, to continually evolve our offerings.
  • Exceptional influencing skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a culture of inclusion and engagement.
