Oakleaf Partnership Europe are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our financial services clients team working three days a week permanently. Working for a global organisation, this role will support the office with day-to-day people-related matters, HR processes and manage all stages of the employee lifecycle while working alongside the global HR team on projects and initiatives.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate previous experience of working within financial services as well as;
- Experience with Banking Collective Bargaining Agreements.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy are essential.
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills – Excel, PowerPoint in particular
- Strong written English communication skills
