Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Specialist (Part-Time, Temporary)
Location: Belfast
Hours: 10 working hours per week ( flexible on how this is worked across Monday to Friday )
Pay: £55,000 (FTE) / £13,000 (Part Time )
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our client on a part-time, temporary basis. The successful candidate will have prior HR experience and be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll and benefits management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for all employees
  • Handle payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, salary and benefit changes.
  • Ensure timely salary payments via BACS and reconcile payroll reports.
  • Administer employee benefits, including pensions and health insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations and pension scheme governance.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in payroll and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
