Payroll Associate – Permanent – London – Hybrid – up to £50,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a global financial services firm, who are looking to recruit a Payroll Associate, on a permanent basis. As a Payroll Associate, will be responsible for the analysis, execution the UK payroll operations and will be based in London, on a hybrid basis.
The Payroll Associate will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Collate the monthly payroll data and provide to the payroll vendor
- Review and reconcile, work with the payroll vendor to correct as necessary and provide the appropriate reports
- Ensure that all the relevant deadlines are met and that the payments are reconciled and made on time
- Assist with the post payroll administration i.e. raising third party payments, distributing P45’s, preparing Payment After Leaving letters etc
- Responsible for the processing of team invoices
- Prepare month end journals
- Shared responsibility for maintaining the team mailbox and answering queries
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years UK payroll exposure, preferably from a financial services background
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of excel
- Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
