Payroll Manager – 12 month FTC – London – Hybrid – up to £90,000 per annum

Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a growing global firm who are looking to recruit a Payroll Manager, on a 12 month FTC basis. As a Payroll Manager, you will be an integral part of the Finance department, whilst supporting the HR department, and will be overseeing that each stage of the payroll process, complies with due processes and procedures. This role is on a hybrid basis, consisting of 3 days within their London office.

The Payroll Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

  • Manage, administer and oversee governance process of UK & EMEA payrolls, via ADP
  • Responsible for monthly processing and full reconciliation of the payroll
  • Monthly reconciliation of pension contributions with third party prior to processing the payroll
  • Deal with queries from employees, managers, HMRC and other providers
  • Delivering excellent customer service to their employees, which is aligned with their SLAs to enhance employee experience

  • Maintaining payroll and internal control procedures, and ensuring process notes are comprehensive and kept current
  • Providing support to the larger teams, for payroll related enquires during audits and other projects

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years UK & EMEA payroll exposure, preferable from a financial services background
  • Experienced with in-house payrolls with a technical understanding of an in-house configuration
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
