Payroll Manager – Permanent – London – Hybrid – up to £100,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership have exclusively partnered with a fast growing financial services firm, which is seeking a Payroll Manager, on a permanent basis. This role has 3 direct reports, and has full ownership of the BAU processing for UK & EMEA entities.
Payroll Manager will be assisting/overseeing such duties as:
- Manage, administer and oversee governance process of UK & EMEA payrolls
- Responsible for monthly processing and full reconciliation of the payroll, review error and exceptions report, and net pay variance review
- Implement payroll operating model in Europe in line with the global payroll operating model
- Manage the remediation of historical payment issues
- Drive ongoing vendor process improvements, contract compliance and efficiencies
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years payroll experience is essential
- In depth knowledge of payroll, regulations and systems to drive payroll compliance
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- SAP experience is essential, Workday HR is beneficial
- Strong written and oral communication skills
