Payroll Specialist – Permanent – London – Hybrid – up to £90,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a global financial services firm, who are seeking a Payroll Specialist, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the analysis and execution for their UK & EMEA payroll operations and will be based in London, on a hybrid basis.
The Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Responsible for the timely review and accurate processing of the UK via Workday & The Netherlands payrolls, on a monthly basis.
- Coordination with outsourced vendors for The Netherlands
- Preparing deliverables for month-end, quarterly and annual reporting
- Delivering excellent customer service to their employees, which is aligned with our SLAs to enhance employee experience
- Maintaining payroll and internal control procedures, and ensuring process notes are comprehensive and kept current
- Supporting the administration of the company pension plan, including the accurate and timely submission of pension data changes to the provider
- Providing support to the larger global Payroll team during audits and other projects
- Participating in UAT and regression testing of payroll changes and updates to the payroll system
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years UK & International payroll exposure, preferable from a financial services background
- Experienced with in-house payrolls with a technical understanding of an in-house configuration
- CIPP desirable
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
