Payroll Specialist – 5 month day rate – London – Hybrid – up to £300 per day
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a global firm, who are seeking a Payroll Specialist. You will be assisting the current team with supporting and delivery of payrolls across 4 locations.
The Payroll Specialist will have the following skills:
- Collect and prepare payroll data for processing, by outsourced payroll provider, including working closely with HR
- Support with the delivery of payrolls within agreed SLAs, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with legislation, internal policy, process and controls.
- Responsible for keeping payroll documentation, and process maps up to date.
- Participation in controls testing for payrolls
- Review payroll reports and provide corrective direction to the outsourced payroll provider
- Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must:
- Minimum of 4 years UK payroll experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Be service driven with a high attention to detail
- Operational excellence, including operations and customer centric delivery
