We are currently partnering with a leading gaming company in search of an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes across multiple regions on a 6 month FTC. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing company and support payroll operations in Germany, Poland, and Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure accurate payroll processing for 200 employees in both Germany and Poland, and 20 employees in Denmark.
- Liaise with payroll providers in each region, resolving payroll discrepancies and managing issues, particularly in Poland.
- Support the migration to a new payroll provider, ensuring a smooth transition across multiple regions.
- Work with internal teams to address payroll-related queries and improve responsiveness from external providers, especially in Denmark.
- Provide expertise in payroll regulations and processes in Germany, Poland, and Denmark.
- Ensure timely payroll submissions and compliance with local regulations, including ADP in Germany.
- Administer employee benefits and deductions, ensuring accuracy in the payroll system.
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports for audits and internal reviews.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in international payroll management, specifically for Germany, Poland, and Denmark.
- Experience with payroll implementation would be highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of ADP or similar payroll systems, particularly for Germany.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Experience working with external payroll providers and managing transitions between providers.
- Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to start in October.
