An experienced HR professional is sought for a flexible, part-time opportunity within a dynamic and creative company. The role of HR Manager is available on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 25-30 hours per week.
This stand-alone position is ideal for someone with broad generalist HR experience within an SME environment, who is passionate about diversity, inclusion, employee wellbeing, and sustainability. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with company values while supporting a team of 50 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving an inclusive workplace culture where every employee feels valued
- Supporting employee relations, wellbeing, and engagement
- Developing career progression paths and strengthening the employer brand
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Providing expert HR advice to senior management
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and EDI best practices
- Passion for employee wellbeing and sustainability
- HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience is preferred
- Ability to work 2 days per week from the London office (Farringdon)
