The Role:
As the Interim People Operations & Analytics Manager, you will be integral to the People Team, ensuring a seamless and thoughtful experience for all colleagues. This six-month contract, starting on January 13th, will see you working closely with the People Partner and People Experience teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– People Analytics: Optimise review cycle data sheets, maintain and enhance g-sheets tools, support compensation planning, and provide crucial data for strategic projects.
– People Operations: Manage employee queries, oversee payroll input for multiple regions, maintain HR systems, and create informative content for the employee portal.
– Reporting: Ensure smooth management information reporting, including headcount, turnover, and leaver reports.
– Collaboration: Partner with People Team leadership to prepare decks and reports for key moments like calibration.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Experience: Proven experience in a People (Operations) generalist role with a focus on analytics and compensation processes.
– Analytical Skills: Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, with a knack for data-driven decision making.
– Problem-Solving: Strong evaluative and problem-solving abilities, with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
– Tech-Savvy: Confident in navigating new systems and continuously seeking improvements.
– Empathy and Integrity: A great listener with high emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost trust.
