About the Role:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to deliver high-impact HR initiatives that drive commercial value. You will play a critical role in organisational change and transformation, ensuring the business is set up for success while maintaining a strong, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic people plan aligned with business objectives

Drive organisational change & transformation to support business growth

Provide commercially focused HR solutions that add value and improve business performance

Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the HR strategy

Support operational HR where needed – this is a hands-on role, not just strategy!

Manage complex employee relations and workforce planning challenges

Champion a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement
About You:
๐น Proven experience as a HRBP in a large, complex organisation
๐น Strong change & transformation experience, delivering HR initiatives that impact business success
๐น Commercially astute, with the ability to drive value through HR
๐น Comfortable balancing both strategic and operational HR responsibilities
๐น Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills
