About the Role:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to deliver high-impact HR initiatives that drive commercial value. You will play a critical role in organisational change and transformation, ensuring the business is set up for success while maintaining a strong, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute a strategic people plan aligned with business objectives
✅ Drive organisational change & transformation to support business growth
✅ Provide commercially focused HR solutions that add value and improve business performance
✅ Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the HR strategy
✅ Support operational HR where needed – this is a hands-on role, not just strategy!
✅ Manage complex employee relations and workforce planning challenges
✅ Champion a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement
About You:
🔹 Proven experience as a HRBP in a large, complex organisation
🔹 Strong change & transformation experience, delivering HR initiatives that impact business success
🔹 Commercially astute, with the ability to drive value through HR
🔹 Comfortable balancing both strategic and operational HR responsibilities
🔹 Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills
