People Partner 12 month FTC

Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a People Partner to join our clients team on a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave, based out of either Manchester or Sheffield, supporting a dedicated business area.

As part of the business area’s leadership team, you’ll provide expert HR support, drive key people initiatives, and lead cyclical activities. Your focus will be optimizing talent, engagement, and productivity by developing a localized people plan and sharing relevant data with leaders. Duties will include;

  • Partner with leaders to drive cultural change and develop inclusive leadership
  • Guide Org Design changes to enhance structure and ways of working
  • Implement organisational changes to boost performance
  • Collaborate with the People Team to deliver effective people plans
  • Act as the key contact for people initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Support leaders in diagnosing skill gaps and driving talent management.
  • Use HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and priorities.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a HR Manager or Business Partner role within a fast-paced and commercial organisation.
