About the Role:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to deliver high-impact HR initiatives that drive commercial value. You will play a critical role in organisational change and transformation, ensuring the business is set up for success while maintaining a strong, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a strategic people plan aligned with business objectives
– Drive organisational change & transformation to support business growth
– Provide commercially focused HR solutions that add value and improve business performance
– Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the HR strategy
– Support operational HR where needed – this is a hands-on role, not just strategy!
– Champion a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement
About You:
– Proven experience as a HRBP in a large, complex organisation
– Strong change & transformation experience, delivering HR initiatives that impact business success
– Commercially astute, with the ability to drive value through HR
– Comfortable balancing both strategic and operational HR responsibilities
– Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills
