As they continue to scale, they’re investing in their people strategy to ensure sustainable growth and high engagement across their sites. They’re looking for a People Partner to join their Senior Leadership Team in Poland. This is a key strategic and operational role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys balancing hands-on responsibilities with long-term planning.

What is the role?

  • Partnering with the SLT to design and deliver impactful HR initiatives.
  • Supporting production sites in Polanów and Gardno – including recruitment, performance management, and L&D programs.
  • Overseeing HR operations for the Poznań office – including payroll, compliance, and recruitment for office-based teams.
  • Embedding group-wide initiatives into local operations through effective communication and change management.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving people-first solutions across departments.

Candidate profile:

  • At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in cross-functional or matrixed businesses.
  • Strong advisory skills with proven success in partnering with senior leadership.
  • Practical experience across key HR areas: recruitment, compliance, payroll, L&D, and performance management.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach with a “sleeves rolled up” mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to navigate change with confidence.
  • Fluent in Polish with a good command of English and willingness to travel between Polish sites as needed.
