Oakleaf Partnership Europe are supporting our global Financial Services client by sourcing a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their existing team in an additional role.

As a member of the Global Total Rewards Team you will help to shape the next evolution of their compensation programs in EMEA, as an enthusiastic and analytical professional you will manage compensation policies, conduct market analyses, and partner with global teams to ensure competitive and compliant pay structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support global compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses across EMEA.
  • Advise People and Talent teams on compensation structures and best practices.
  • Co-lead annual pay planning and performance review processes.
  • Manage regional relationships with benchmark providers.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in compensation design, analysis, and strategy within a high-growth global company.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Experience in compensation regulations and acquisition-driven harmonisation.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
