We are currently working on an opportunity for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our insurance client on a six-month contract. This will be a hands-on role covering end to end recruitment processes primarily within corporate functions, it will be essential to establish strong professional networks and a consultative approach to support business hiring strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to advise on recruitment strategy for current and future requirements, providing guidance on best practice and process.
- Utilise recruitment data to deliver insights and recommendations, generating ad-hoc reports as necessary.
- Manage the 360-recruitment process including vacancy approval, sourcing and screening of candidates through to interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through a direct sourcing model, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout.
- Build relationships with third party agencies where needed to ensure alignment to business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective candidates.
- Drive forward the company’s employer brand and diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
The Profile:
- Experience in internal or RPO recruitment within Financial or Professional Services
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers effectively to drive a seamless recruitment process.
- Expertise in direct sourcing and candidate pipeline development, utilising an innovative and creative approach to engage with candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment projects in a fast-pace environment.
