This consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Manager from a Consultancy background for a 12-month fixed-term contract. What is the role
You will be responsible for managing a small team and will be overseeing Early Careers recruitment and leading on the implementation of Early Careers recruitment initiatives. You will be supporting the early careers recruitment specialist, providing a sounding board for discussion on various topics such as change management topics and reviewing final stage interview feedback. You will be attending on-campus events throughout the recruitment season and acting as the escalation point. You will also be responsible for the lateral recruitment for Consultants across the business, working closely with their RPO regarding any changes to hiring targets throughout the year, acting as the primary hiring contact for your stakeholders and building strong relationships with recruitment agencies. You will also get involved in monitoring the global recruitment performance against targets, including D&I metrics, providing analysis and presenting findings, and supporting the global office with capacity planning.
Skills and experience
- You must be an experienced Recruitment Manager and used to managing a small team
- You must have gained the above experience within a Consultancy and experience in recruiting Consultants up to Partner level.
- You must have early careers experience and be used to leading end-to-end graduate recruitment campaigns.
- Passionate about recruitment with strong delivery skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Good understanding of attraction strategies and EVP
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically beyond the daily BAU requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
- Strong analysis skills with experience of presenting findings and solutions
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
