About the Role

We’re looking for a Reward Delivery Team Leader to lead and inspire a team of five subject matter experts, ensuring that both business and regulatory requirements are met while creating an outstanding colleague and candidate experience.

As a key member of the People team, you’ll be responsible for the smooth delivery of Reward services. From driving operational excellence to influencing strategic outcomes, you’ll be the go-to expert, building strong relationships, leading continuous improvement, and supporting the business’ ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team that delivers excellent service and outcomes.
  • Ensure appropriate capacity, capability, and knowledge across the team to meet service standards.
  • Take full accountability for team performance, meeting key milestones, KPIs, and quality targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Create a positive and supportive culture with a focus on accountability, openness, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the candidate preboarding experience, ensuring it is smooth, efficient, and engaging.
  • Manage data integrity and legislative compliance, supporting inspections and audits as required.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and system automation.
  • Use data and trends to prioritise activities and shape future plans and initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in people leadership, ideally in a Reward Delivery or similar function.
  • Demonstrable expertise in delivering high-quality HR or reward-related services.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the business.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
  • Resilient and self-motivated, with a passion for driving performance and achieving results.
  • Experience using data to inform decisions and drive service improvements.
