An exciting opportunity has arisen at a growing investment management company which is looking to appoint their first Reward Manager. Reporting into the Head of People this position will be responsible for owning and developing a cohesive total reward strategy across the region as well as the opportunity to engage in high-impact projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the annual salary, bonus, and promotion cycles, administer Carry & Coinvest schemes, and manage the Performance Share Plan.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations, labour laws, and compliance requirements, and develop necessary reporting processes.
  • Generate payroll and compensation reports, handle FTE queries, and carry out mandatory reporting for local authorities.
  • Administer employee benefit schemes, benchmark benefits packages, and evaluate new proposals
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, manage third-party providers, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Experience:

  • Degree educated ideally from a finance or accounting background
  • Solid experience in compensation & payroll processing and management.
  • Experience of leading annual salary, bonus, and promotion cycles
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to generate reports and analysis
  • European languages are desired
