Senior Compensation Associate (EMEA)

Oakleaf is partnering with a global consultancy firm in search of an experienced EMEA Compensation professional. This is a newly created role and will be supporting the continued growth and success of the EMEA region, partnering with colleagues around the world.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Associate:
- Manage compensation programs across the EMEA region, working in partnership with global colleagues.
- Provide guidance to business partners and people teams on all things compensation related. Including the interpretation of salary data, benchmarking and analysis of offerings.
- Work with the global team in delivering all core compensation activities – annual merit increases, bonus calculations, equity and incentive programs.
- Support the global reward strategy by bringing insights and ideas from the EMEA market.
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Advise people partners and talent acquisition teams to ensure effective use of compensation data – job levels/grades, job codes, job titles.
- Develop analytical models for compensation projects.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in core compensation activities both for the UK and EMEA markets.
- Exceptional analytical skills, strong knowledge of excel.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders. With the confidence to build and deliver presentations.
- Ability to translate complex data and information into valuable insights.
- Experience using Workday would be desirable.
- Exposure to work councils could be desirable.
