HR Business Partner
Central London onsite 5x days a week.

Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting for a Senior HRBP to join a Global Technology business based in Central London.
This is a newly created role, reporting into the new Head of HR Business Partnering, managing a team of three.
Day to day duties:
– Drive individual and regional performance through effective influence and coaching of business partners.
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with the organisation’s mission.
– Provide robust, fact-based feedback to shape and guide strategic decisions.
– Develop and support the execution of plans to deliver transformative change.
– Coach leaders to enhance their growth and effectiveness.
– Collaborate seamlessly with our team to achieve shared goals.
Key Requirements:
– C. 5+ years within a HR business partnering role.
– Experience within a large business with a global audience.
– Strong Employee Relations experience
– People Management experience
– Ability to work with and influence challenging stakeholders.
