Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a high-end property and hospitality company based in London in their search for a Senior HRBP. This is a full-time permanent opportunity reporting into the HR Director.
What is the role?
Our client is looking to hire an experienced and credible Senior HRBP with experience supporting corporate functions and sales teams in an SME. The role will be as an individual contributor reporting into the HR Director and being part of a wider team of 4 in HR.
The role will be strategic and operational in nature. The ability and desire to “roll up your sleeves” and deliver is essential. This role will lead on employer relations and talent acquisition for the business.
Candidate profile
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with extensive ER experience, as well as the ability to lead on talent acquisition. You will have a proactive approach to ER and be able to implement good processes for the effective management of TA.
You will have excellent stakeholder management, be able to navigate a dynamic business environment that provides a high end offering to high-net-worth individuals. You will know what “good looks like” from a HR perspective and can create this in a new environment.
You must have experience working with a corporate functions and sales client groups.
