I have partnered with a leading global Investment Manager who are seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to join their high-performing EMEA team. This 12-month fixed-term opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with corporate functions such as Technology, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Finance, with occasional support for a prestigious Investments division. This is a brilliant role for a HR Business Partner that thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment and is eager to make an impact.

Responsibilties:

  • Develop trusted coaching relationships with senior leaders and associates, becoming a go-to advisor for strategic and operational HR matters.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to address key people challenges, delivering solutions across performance management, talent development, and associate engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex ER cases.
  • Support and lead projects aligned with regional and global HR priorities.
  • Use data-driven insights and reporting tools to identify trends and support effective decision-making on workforce planning, talent strategies, and engagement.
  • Play a critical role in operational processes, including year-end performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent calibration processes.
  • Partner with internal HR specialists on enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of compensation, benefits, and talent programs.
  • Act as a catalyst for cultural and organisational change, championing initiatives that drive engagement, innovation, and inclusion.
  • Contribute to the wider EMEA HR team by sharing insights, fostering teamwork, and promoting best practices.

Key requirements:

  • Proven expertise in HR, ideally in asset management, wealth management, or a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Ability to balance long-term planning with day-to-day HR operations, delivering high-quality results across both areas.
  • Strong experience managing complex ER issues with a solid understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Confidence in using data, dashboards, and analytics to inform decisions and communicate insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organisation, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing business landscape, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • A positive contributor to a team environment, willing to share knowledge and support the development of colleagues.
