What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experienced HR professional with at least 2 years in an HR Manager role
✔ Proven ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage remote stakeholders
✔ A problem solver with creative thinking and the ability to navigate complex situations under pressure
✔ Experience implementing HR practices and processes at scale
✔ Fluent in English (French or German is a bonus!)
