Senior HR Business Partner (M&A, Re-Org & Redundancy) – 3-Month FTC
Location: City of London – days in the office
Contract: 3-Month FTC
Salary – up to £70k

Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in M&A, organisational change, and restructuring? We’re partnering with a leading property business that requires a Senior HR Business Partner to support them through a critical period of transformation.

About the Role
This role will be instrumental in delivering key people initiatives related to a merger and acquisition, reorganisation, and redundancy processes. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, providing strategic and hands-on HR support to ensure a smooth transition for employees and the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to drive HR strategy during M&A and organisational change.
Lead redundancy consultations and manage complex employee relations matters.
Support the business through structural changes, ensuring compliance and best practice.
Provide expert guidance on TUPE, workforce planning, and cultural integration.
Work closely with key stakeholders to maintain engagement and communication throughout change.
About You
Proven experience as a Senior HRBP within a fast-paced environment.
Strong expertise in M&A, reorganisation, and redundancy processes.
Comfortable working in a property or corporate environment.
A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and deliver.
Available immediately or at short notice for a 3-month FTC.
