Senior Manager Reward and Regulatory, Europe

Oakleaf Europe is partnering with our client, a global bank, to secure a Senior Reward and Regulatory Manager to join their established team in a new role following a change in the bank’s structure. The manager will report directly to the Head of Reward and have a dotted line to the Chief People Officer.

In this role you ensure that Remuneration policies comply with local legislation and regional practices, supporting the year-end remuneration process and facilitating the appropriate EMEA governance processes. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Managing and updating the remuneration policy as well as monitoring and communicating and regulatory changes to stakeholders
  • Manage the year-end remuneration process including both salary and bonus calculations
  • Facilitate governance processes and prepare reports for the Remuneration Committee as well as preparing ad hoc reports for Rem Co
  • Create reports on salary benchmark data for all levels including Stakeholders, and
  • Manage processes for deferrals, shares and buyouts

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the above along with;

  • Strong background or working within Reward in ideally a global financial services organisation with an understanding of DNB and ECB regulations
  • The ability to prepare materials for board committees
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to solve problems with a strategic mindset
