Oakleaf is partnering with a highly regarded Legal firm in central London in search of a Senior Reward Specialist. The role will specialist advice and guidance across the full reward spectrum, including Compensation, Benefits, and Pensions. It will work closely with the Reward team and wider HR.
The Senior Reward Specialist responsibilities will include:
- Support the design and delivery of the firm’s total reward agenda. Ensuring programmes are competitive with the wider legal market.
- Provide expert advise and guidance on Compensation, Benefit, and Pension matters.
- Play a key role in the firm’s annual salary and bonus review.
- Manage salary survey submissions and benchmarking analysis.
- Undertake market research to seek out new and innovative solutions, ensuring a competitive offering to attract and retain talent.
- Manage the full suite of employee benefits, including pension.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and providers.
- Communicate reward matters to employees and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Act as the escalation point for complex reward queries.
- Continuously review and update reward policies.
- Support audits, reporting, and governance reviews, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and support on various ad-hoc projects from concept to delivery.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in the professional services sector is highly desirable. Understanding of an LLP structure.
- Demonstrated experience in Total Reward – Compensation, Benefits, and Pensions.
- Strong HR data experience with the ability to collate, present, and interpret HR data.
- Excellent excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. The ability to communicate complex information at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
