Oakleaf Partnership are working closely with a leading financial services company to assist them in their search for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their London based team. This role will support across front, middle and back office recruitment for UK & EMEA at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of end-to-end permanent, FTC and contractor recruitment processes
- Employer branding
- Ownership of graduate and internship recruitment
- Relationship building with key stakeholders, understanding hiring needs
- Maintenance of ATS
- Support on ad-hoc projects
Experience:
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
- Expert in relationship building with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using Workday is preferred
- Exposure to early careers/graduate recruitment
- Strong attention to detail
