Oakleaf is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our global Financial Services client initially on a 6 month basis with the possibility to extend, this is due to an exciting time of growth in the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Agency or RPO Recruiter to step in house to work with a collaborative team in a high touch environment.
The Role:
- Partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand recruitment needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Provide expert advice to ensure an efficient, high-quality recruitment process while maintaining alignment with the people strategy for the business.
- Build candidate pipelines, focus on diversity and inclusion, and leverage data to improve recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and global talent teams on best practices and firm-wide recruiting initiatives.
- Support on ad hoc projects as needed.
To be successful in this role you will need a positive and proactive approach with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates in order to deliver a seamless recruitment process.
- Experience in Agency, RPO or in-house recruitment will be considered
- Exposure to a corporate, fast-moving Professional or Financial Services environment is essential
- Strong direct sourcing skills and confidence to analyse data to improve processes and metrics.
- Knowledge of Successfactors would be advantageous.
