Interim Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Equivalent annual salary: $175,000 – $180,000.
  • Duration: 6-month contract – comp will be pro rata

We are working with a client in Pennsylvania who need an experienced interim TA Specialist with a background within large financial or professional services to join their high performing and agile team for an initial, fixed 6-month period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role will be focused on the operational delivery of 15-20 senior hires, predominantly across their corporate functions.
  • This is a hands-on role, which would be well suited to a self-starter with a true blend of strategic and tactical experience. The right candidate will be equally comfortable engaging and influencing senior partners and external agencies to ensure process are being ran in a timely manner, whilst also taking ownership of the operational and administrative requirements.
  • This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of strategic and tactical expertise, strong stakeholder management, process ownership, and the ability to deliver results quickly in a lean but highly effective team.
  • Deliver on hiring targets by managing a range of requirements, (approximately 20 backlogged currently), across corporate function recruitment and actuarial.
  • Oversee agency partnerships, ensuring external recruiting partners and headhunters are set up for success.
  • Own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, keeping hiring efforts on track.
  • Manage Workday-driven recruitment operations and maintain clear reporting.

Requirements:

  • Full-time, on site working.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of recruitment experience delivering on a range of mandates, including executive searches.
  • Proven experience working for top financial or professional services firms.
  • Ability to execute quickly and deliver a range of mandates efficiently.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leaders across all areas of the business.
  • Manage the operational at administration for the roles, keeping Workday up to date to track and drive hiring progress.
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to interact with staff regularly.
