Reporting to a Head of Talent, the role encompasses everything talent, from talent identification through to management and succession planning. Additionally learning and development, digital solutions, systems and performance will also be a large part. The role requires a commercially astute individual who can connect the dots between all of the areas and anticipate business needs.

Candidates will need to come from a Financial Services or Professional Services background and have both breadth and depth of experience and can bring new ideas to the table.
