Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on project management experience, gained within large global enterprises.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate applications, including ERP systems, and experience with Finance, Payroll, and HR technologies.
  • Proven track record in ERP implementations and integration of SaaS solutions (Finance or HR).
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
  • Ability to coordinate stakeholder requirements across multiple time zones and adjust work hours as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to prepare and present executive-level materials.
  • Familiarity with both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
