Reporting into the Group Director of Total Rewards, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting with the review and implementation of policies and processes surrounding pay and benefits
* Working on salary planning and merit cycles
* Managing and supporting with a number of projects including job architecture and job evaluation
* Supporting different regions with compensation and benefits programme
Exeptional analytical and Excel Skills are required for this role!
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in compensation and benefits and has worked on an international basis. The role is based in Dubai. Support is provided for relocation.
