Total Rewards Manager – Rewards and Benefits

Location: Middlesex – Colnbrook
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Salary: £90,000 – £95,000 plus 35% bonus

Are you an expert with a passion for shaping reward and benefits strategies? We’re looking for a Rewards and Benefits Manager to lead the development of competitive compensation structures, job architecture, and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage Workday Advanced Compensation processes and ensure best practices. (work day would be beneficial but not essential)
✔ Develop and maintain job architecture, grading structures, and salary benchmarking
✔ Oversee compensation and benefits policies, ensuring market alignment.
✔ Conduct market research and benchmarking to optimize total rewards offerings
✔ Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to enhance employee experience.

What You’ll Bring:
🔹 Experience in salary benchmarking and job evaluation. Have experience of Job architecture and frameworks essential.
🔹 Strong background in reward strategy, benefits administration, and pensions management.
🔹 Analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
