Earlier this month, Robbie Matonti & Max Buckley had the privilege of partnering with Suzie Ruffley (Global Head of People & Sustainable Culture) & Holly Hesketh (People & Sustainable Culture Manager) from Foresight Group, in hosting a transformative event centred around DE&I. As our society continues to evolve, these principles become increasingly vital not only within the workplace but also in broader societal contexts. Our event sought to explore innovative strategies and actionable insights to future-proof DE&I initiatives, ensuring that they remain not just relevant but impactful in the years to come.
We managed to bring together HR leaders across Financial Services, who are passionate advocates for DE&I. Suzie opened with an engaging presentation speaking through Foresight Group’s clear & bespoke approach to future-proofing their business. This was followed by an engaging panel discussion in which we delved deep into the core challenges and opportunities surrounding DE&I efforts in the modern landscape.
As we reflect on the insights gained from our event, it’s clear that the journey toward true DE&I is ongoing. While we’ve made significant strides, there is still much work to be done. By continuing to collaborate, innovate, and champion DE&I efforts, we can build a future where every individual has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their background or identity.
Thanks to Suzie Ruffley, Holly Hesketh & Foresight Group for accommodating us in their wonderful office space. Also, thank you to all the HR leaders who joined us for the event & took part in the discussions.
